Who owns what

The words, images, video, CV and manifesto on this site belong to Barry Swart or to the brands and clients credited with each piece of work. Please don't copy, republish or reuse them without written permission.

The website itself, meaning its design, code, motion and build, was created by Morne Landsberg (madebymorne.co.za) and remains his intellectual property. Please don't copy or reuse the design or code without his written permission. Third-party libraries and fonts are used under their own licences.

Privacy and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It only runs if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you choose "No thanks", no analytics cookies are set.

• Analytics data is anonymous and in aggregate. It is not used for advertising and is never sold.
• Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner doesn't keep asking. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page.
• Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• If you email Barry, your details are only used to reply to you.
